- Device Mute: Some devices are muted by default. To check if that’s the case on your iPad, swipe down from the top right corner of iPad screen to access Control Center. Look for the bell icon and make sure it’s enabled.
- Blocked MP3 Files: Some schools block MP3 (sound) files. Ask your network administrator to whitelist MP3 files on Linguascope for all users, and add the following URLs to your list of safe / trusted sites:
