  • Update Operating System: Ensure your device runs the latest OS.
  • Update App Version: Check for the latest app version in your app store.
  • Whitelist App Content: Ask your network administrator to add the following URLs to your list of safe / trusted sites:
    https://assets.linguascope.com
    https://usercontent.linguascope.com
  • App Subscription Issue: If you purchased an individual subscription via one of our apps, but have updated or changed your device, you can restore your subscription. Open the app, select “My Subscription”, then tap “Restore Subscription”.
    Ensure you’re logged into the same account (Microsoft, Apple, or Google) used for purchase.
    Note that subscriptions are platform specific, so if you purchased a subscription on your iPad for example, you will not be able to access it on an Android device.
